Thank you soooo much for the acting book. Reading it brought me back to the days of studying with you, which I miss tons. It also inspired me to write you (not only to thank you for the book and to tell you I miss and love you) but to tell you how the breath inspires my directing. I am the Artistic Director./Producer for the largest Interactive theatre in the US and always go to the breath in my work. Upkeep for 13 casts with 250 actors, 12 Stage Managers gets a little, well, fucked up at times. I find when I need to give answers for creative problems and I am stuck, I go to the breath which centers me.... and there it is. Basically the breath is not only an actor's friend but has become the foundation of my director's work
